Town Council Meetings

Town Council Meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday in each month at 6:30 p.m.

Planning Commission Meetings

Planning Commission Meetings are held quarterly on the first Monday after the first Tuesday in each month at 5:30 p.m. provided there is pending business before the Commission; otherwise, the Commission shall meet at least once per year in accordance with the Code of Virginia.

Meeting Location

Both meetings are held in the Council Chambers located in the Town Hall at 505 E Fifth Street South, Big Stone Gap, Virginia 24219. Check local newspapers or this website for schedule changes.
