Paying Utility or Tax Bills by Phone
The Town of Big Stone Gap offers the convenience of accepting MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Visa debit/credit cards for Utility Bills and Tax Bills. The payment processing company charges a convenience fee of 2.45% ($2.95 minimum) to cardholders who use this service. Please call (276) 208-8500 to use your MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Visa.
Paying Your Bills Online
Credit Card Payments:
Now you can pay your Utility Bills and Tax Bills from the comfort of your home or office by using our online payment service. Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Visa. A convenience fee of 2.45% ($2.95 minimum) per transaction will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
Electronic Check Payments:
The Town of Big Stone Gap now accepts electronic check payments using our online payment service. Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks. A convenience fee of 2.45% ($2.95 minimum) per transaction will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
