PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE
is hereby given that the Big Stone
Gap Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, February 13,
2012 at 5:30 p. m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building located at
505 E. 5th Street, S., Big Stone Gap, VA. The public hearing will be held in
conjunction with the Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission. The purpose of the Public
Hearing is to receive public comments on a draft ordinance proposing amendments
to the Zoning Ordinance relative to the regulations regarding Bed and Breakfast
businesses. The draft ordinance can be
viewed at the Town Manager’s office at 505 E. 5th St., S., Big Stone
Gap, VA. All
interested parties are invited to attend this Public Hearing.

Gap Town Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at
7:00 p. m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building located at 505 E.
5th Street, S., Big Stone Gap, VA.
The public hearing will be held prior to, and in conjunction with, the
regularly scheduled Council Workshop. The purpose of the Joint Public
Hearing is to receive public comments on an amendment to the 2011-2012 Budget
to make the following additions: General Fund Revenues
$ 178,000.00 General Fund Expenses $ 178,000.00 Sewer Fund Revenues
$ 186,381.00 Sewer Fund Expenses $ 186,381.00 Total Budget Amendment $ 364,381.00 $ 364,381.00 All
