Im a singer songwritter! I have been singing for 28 years now. I have Recored several CDs with sam Broach from Bigstone Gap virginia at his studio 'Light House Records' The CDs truned out great I hope to do more with Him. Hes Great to work with in the studio and Hes got a Good sound as well Thanks everone!

I was born and raised in Ewing, VA the 7th child out of eleven and have played and sang bluegrass music for 40 years. I have been in several bands over the years and my music career has truly been a "crooked road". My current band, Shadow Ridge, has been together about 8 years and is gaining popularity as we tour all over the country. We have 5 CD's out now and working on another. We have won many band competitions and were recently labeled as one of the best kept secerts in bluegrass music. I am proud to be from Lee Co., Va. and play bluegrass music and continue the heritage of my poor family who picked out in the woods many Saturday nights of my childhood.

I grew up in Big Stone, now live in N.C. Don Neeley is my uncle & he taught me to play upright bass when I was eight. I love bluegrass and I love Big Stone!!!

I have played and taught mountain dulcimer for over 35 years and I have been playing clawhamer banjo for a year. Is there anyone in the area that teaches clawhammer or drop thumb?

I have played rythm guitar in bands off and on most of my life. Recently, my interest and enjoyment has been in writing and performing original songs and playing oldies that I have adapted to a single accoustic guitar and vocals. I love to play with other musicians and singers and enjoy the variety that each person contributes.
