The purpose of the Planning Commission is to assist the Town Council to anticipate and guide future development and change by preparing plans, ordinances, capital improvements programs, studies, reports, and other documents for consideration by the Town council

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The  Board of Zoning Appeals shall be required to overrule any decision, ruling, or determination of the official charged with enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance, or to approve any special exception or variance.
